Our resistance bands are made from cotton fabric woven with natural latex — they grip where rubber slips, last where rubber snaps, and feel comfortable against bare skin even during the longest sessions.
Our long fabric bands (98cm x 5cm) are ideal for full-body training, stretching, Pilates, yoga, and rehabilitation. Each set includes three resistance levels — light (8kg), medium (13.5kg), and heavy (20.5kg) — colour-coded so you always grab the right one. They come beautifully boxed with individual drawstring storage bags and a QR code linking to guided exercises.
Our short fabric bands (38cm x 8.5cm) are designed for targeted lower-body work — glute bridges, squats, clamshells, and hip abductions. Available in light (6.8kg), medium (11kg), and heavy (16kg) resistance, they stay put around your thighs without rolling or bunching. Each set includes a carry case for easy transport.
