I’ve enjoyed working my way through these chocolate coconut protein wafers and overall, they make a decent snack option when I want something quick that still ticks the protein box. The texture is crisp and light, with clean layers of wafer, coconut cream and a thin chocolate coating. They’re not overly sweet, which I appreciate, and they manage to satisfy a sweet craving without the sugar crash I’d get from a regular chocolate bar. Each bar has just 0.8g of sugar and over 9g of protein, which is a solid balance.Flavour-wise, the coconut is there but not overpowering. It adds a nice tropical note without being too much, and the chocolate complements it well without tasting artificial. That said, they are very dry, and I find they stick to the roof of my mouth a bit, so I usually need a drink alongside them. They also have that familiar protein taste that tends to linger, especially towards the end of the bar.I like that they’re not too dense or heavy, unlike some other protein snacks, and I can eat one without feeling weighed down. They’re handy for work or post-gym, and while they’re not the most indulgent or flavour-packed option out there, they do the job. The only downside for me is the high saturated fat content, which I’m conscious of, and the fact they can be a bit messy if eaten on the go.All in all, a satisfying, convenient option with a nice chocolate coconut flavour that could do with being a little less dry.

I personally love these bars. The packaging is elegant and lovely and the size of the bar is big enough to hit the sweet craving spot. The flavour is chocolate and coconut (note - hard to eat in the car as the coconut falls and goes everywhere! HAHA) but the taste is a perfect balance of coconut and chocolate wafers. The calories I believe is 162 - which isn't that bad if you are calorie counting and the protein intake is okay but there are other bars out there with a higher protein count.I am not sure what makes this bar only for women. But I personally think the bar tastes nice and looks good

I really like these protein wafers! The chocolate coconut flavor hits the spot. Not too sweet but still tasty. They’re great for a quick snack when I’m on the go, and the protein content helps keep me full between meals. The only thing is they’re a bit crunchy, so if you’re not into that texture, it might not be for you. Overall, a solid healthy snack thats subtly flavoured.

These wafers are light and crisp, yet with a touch of creamy richness that lends a bit of chew and keeps each bite feeling satisfyingly substantial. The texture is airy without being featherlight, offering a gentle snap that yields to a soft, nougat like creaminess. They are coated in smooth milk chocolate that melts easily on the tongue, with a mellow flavour that leans more towards creamy dairy than intense cocoa. A whisper of vanilla runs through it all, subtle but noticeable, adding a lift without stealing the spotlight. There is a faint coconut scent that drifts up as you open the packet, delicate, inviting, and just enough to stir the senses. The sweetness is well measured, not cloying, and sits comfortably in the background. It is clear these are designed with a lighter touch: lower in sugar, higher in fibre, and it shows in the overall feel. The mouthfeel is gently layered, smooth and creamy, with the occasional fine shred of coconut offering a pleasant bit of texture. All told, it is a protein snack in its Sunday best, crunchy, creamy, with a hint of coconut, and just indulgent enough to feel like a proper treat.Happy to recommend!

These protein bars are small and slim, and come in pretty wrappers. They are easy to fit into a handbag. They are layered wafers covered in chocolate with a sprinkling of dessicated coconut on top. The coconut has a habit of getting everywhere when you unwrap the bar!I quite enjoy the taste of these which is chocolatey and coconutty with neither flavour being too strong. The texture is quite odd, the wafers turn a bit gluey once you chew them, so it's a good idea to have a drink with you to wash them down!Despite them feeling light, they are fairly filling and work well as a high protein snack between meals. I like that they have over 9 grams of protein and are low in sugar, though at 162 calories they aren't the lowest calorie snack around. Price wise they are more expensive than standard chocolate bars but compare favourably with other protein bars, so I would say they are reasonable value. Overall I think they're a useful snack to have either at home or out and about.

I'm not usually a great fan of coconut or wafers but I actually found these quite pleasant to eat. They do have that slightly chalky flavour/texture which is common with foods with added protein. These are quite good as a sweet treat if you fancy something fairly low carb, but they do have quite a high calorie count for such a light snack.

These bars arrived in no frills packaging - a cardboard box, although the packaging on the bars themselves is very ‘pretty’ and clearly aimed at women. The smell of coconut hit me as soon as I opened the box. It smelt lovely. Turned out that one of my bars had split open in the box and there were bits of wafer and chocolate everywhere! As I said the bars do smell great. I do love coconut though. The presentation of the bars themselves is lovely - they certainly don’t look like your typical protein bar. They taste really good, but I’m a little unsure of the texture. I don’t think it’s really like a wafer as you’d think of a wafer. My husband likes the bars, and he hates wafers!Yes, they do have extra protein, but not as much as a lot of other protein bars, although gram for gram they are on par. They are high in saturated fats though, and 162 calories isn’t exactly light, so you need to factor all these things in to your daily allowances. I like the fact that I get a little bit of extra fibre from these too.Overall they are great for a sweet treat, but at least you’re getting some other improvements on the macros over and above other junk foods.

I wouldn't say the taste and consistency is my absolute favourite but they are decent tasting and a great snack.Low sugar, high fibre and protein benefits so alot healthier and beneficial than most chocolate snacks.Good sized bar and nice packaging..Great value for money.Recommend. Thank you

These coconut wafers arrive loose in a box, with each one individually wrapped. As soon as you open them you can smell the coconut! Although the bars are quite tasty. I found them to be a bit dry and powdery, which I wasn't a fan of. However, they're not overly sweet, which I do like. They're a good way of getting that extra protein without also having a lot of calories. The price is not too bad for bars of this type and compares well to some others. Overall, although I'm not a fan of the texture the taste is good and very positively coconut so I'm quite happy with my order.

These Chocolate Coconut Protein Wafers are an absolute winner! With 9.2g of protein per bar, they make for a great post-workout snack or simply a guilt-free treat when cravings strike. The milk chocolate coating and coconut filling are indulgent without being overly sweet. The only downside? They’re so delicious that you might find yourself eating more than one! At 162 calories per bar, it’s a solid, satisfying snack. 5 stars from me!

Not really sure why these are aimed exclusively at women, but there we go.They do taste nice with a subtle coconut flavour and a cream/wafer inside. I do find the texture to be quite dry in the mouth, you will need a drink with one of these for sure.At 160kcal, they are not the lowest calorie snacks if you are counting.

The wafer bars arrived well-packaged, with all 30 bars in perfect condition and a generous 10-month best-before date. They're lightly coated with desiccated coconut, so be prepared for a few stray flakes! The bars offer a satisfying texture and crunch, with dark chocolate being the dominant flavour. I found a single bar to be the perfect portion for a quick, light snack when I'm feeling peckish. And honestly, I wouldn't feel guilty indulging in two!Overall, the flavour is decent and, crucially, not overly sweet compared to other wafer bars on the market that aim for a healthier profile. At just £0.83 per bar, they offer great value. I'm a fan... I like them!

I think these are quite possibly the nicest protein snack bars I have tried. They actually taste like and the texture is almost the same as Blue Riband bars. I honestly don’t feel like they are a product aimed at someone who is likely to be on some kind higher protein diet. They taste really nice – I’d happily eat another one straight after – I like that you can actually taste (and see) the coconut too (although no way is it a Bounty) and there’s no synthetic aftertaste although my mouth does feel a bit dry but I think that is the clagginess of the wafer which is normal as wafers are dry and a swig of water soon gets rid of that. Trust me, it tastes much nicer than other protein bars I have tried.I don’t consider it low calorie by any means at 162 calories per bar but the sugar is low at 0.8g per wafer (2.6g per 100g). I am trying to eat less sugar so this is a perfect lunchtime snack after my lunch.Price wise, this box is £25 for 30 bars making each bar just over 83p. I don’t often buy single bars of chocolate from shops but I bet you would pay 50p for a kit-kat nowadays, and the single protein bars sold in shops cost far more. If you can bear to limit yourself to one per day it’s a month’s supply and delivery is free with Prime and usually next day. I would consider buying these again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a low sugar chocolate fix.

These protein bars are yummy.I thought they’d be a bit dry like the pink wafers that used to be left in the back of the cupboard when I was growing up. The wafer is actually really nice. The coconut white layer has an odd texture, not unpleasant but not creamy either and somewhat dry like too much desiccated coconut was added. The covering of chocolate is just right and adds the perfect amount of sweetness. The bars are a good size too, and they fill me and definitely more than satisfy my craving and provide a good amount of protein (9.2), and an acceptable amount of 162 calories. There is a bit of aftertaste from sweeteners however that doesn’t bother me, and I use sweeteners in most recipes, and drinks. For the big box full and the size of the bars I think they’re great value. As you can see from the photos they were in demand, and I hope you find my experiences useful.

The aim of this EatProtein Chocolate Coconut Protein Wafer bar seems to be that it provides a healthy, satisfying, and convenient snack that supports an active lifestyle, muscle recovery, and weight management goals. So does it stack up?First off, the "High Protein Boost" claim holds up. Each bar contains 9.2g of protein, which I’ve found to be genuinely helpful after a workout or when I need to stave off hunger between meals. The protein content seems to help me stay feeling full, but I’m not so sure about the muscle recovery part yet. Then there's the "Low Sugar Delight" aspect. At only 0.8g of sugar per bar, it's impressive. I'm quite conscious of my sugar intake, and it's reassuring to know I'm not undoing my efforts with a quick snack. They're sweetened with maltitol and sucralose, and while sometimes artificial sweeteners can leave an odd aftertaste, these don't seem to have that problem. It's a genuinely guilt-free treat, which is a big win in my book. The "Fibre Fuel" from the 1.4g of inulin is another feature I've observed in action. I've found that these wafers do contribute to a feeling of fullness, which complements the protein content nicely for sustained satisfaction. As for the "Rich Chocolate Coconut Flavour," they've absolutely nailed it. The crispy coconut wafers are enrobed in a smooth milk chocolate coating, and the taste is genuinely indulgent. It's not one of those stodgy protein bars where you have to force yourself to eat it; these are actually enjoyable. The coconut flavour comes through clearly without being overpowering, and the chocolate is pleasantly mellow. This is where they truly shine – they taste to me like a proper treat, not a diet product. Finally, the "Balanced Nutrition" with just 162 kcal per bar makes them a sensible choice for anyone looking to manage their weight or just generally keep an eye on their calorie intake. I can easily fit one into my daily calorie allowance without feeling like I've splurged. They’re a convenient and wholesome snack that fits perfectly into a busy day, whether I’m at home or out and about.Pros:Provides a significant 9.2g of protein, effective for satiety and post-exercise recovery.Only 0.8g sugar per bar, making it a genuinely guilt-free option. The chocolate coconut combination is genuinely tasty and satisfying, avoiding the typical "protein bar" taste which I’m so over now.At 162 kcal, it’s easy to incorporate into daily calorie goals. The inulin provides a decent amount of fibre, aiding digestion and promoting fullness.Mediocre Aspects:Artificial Sweeteners - While well-executed, the reliance on maltitol and sucralose might not appeal to everyone who prefers natural sweeteners.⭐ Not recommended⭐⭐ Consider other options before this one⭐⭐⭐ A decent product that's worth considering⭐⭐⭐⭐ A great tasting protein bar. Shame about the artificial sweeteners⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An outstanding product, and one of my top choices

30 choc bars in the box. Each bar has 9.2g of protein, a decent amount considering it's wafer based and not heavy like the majority of protein bars. It's low in sugar but quite high in saturated fat (7.2g).I was pleasantly surprised how good they taste. Both myself and my wife really liked them. There are layers of wafer with coconut flavoured cream between them, coated in chocolate which is sprinkled with coconut. The flavours work really well, and although it's slightly dry to eat (remember there is wafer in there as well as protein), however it's nowhere near as dry as most protein bars.At the current price of £25 for 30 bars, it works out at 83p a bar. Perfectly reasonable price.----------------------------This review is for an item I received free as part of the Amazon Vine program. I always review objectively, and only award 5 stars if I feel a product is worth it and is something that I would be happy to buy.

I was cautious about these bars as they have less protein than I usually choose in a protein and, at 30g, they are a smaller bar. I do like the calorie count though and I love coconut. The first thing I noticed is that the bar is bigger then I expected - I think that is because the wafer element is so light.Coconut comes through strongly in every bite. I love the slightly dry texture which added to the lovely coconut taste. There is also some shredded coconut which adds more to the texture.I enjoyed eating this bar and thought they were very satisfying. My only problem is how to stop at just the one. This is marketed with "women is mind" which, in my view, is complete nonsense. These are perfect for anyone who likes them.At the current price this is good value for 30 bars.

There is something rather interesting about the fact that a brand with such a generic name would actually be a gender focused one though glancing at the about section does given the impression that they'd aimed for very specific amounts (eg the protein content per bar being 9.2g and the use of fibre) so I imagine its genuine that women would get the best usage from these but I imagine anyone can eat them regardless of intended audience. That aside they are actually pretty tasty just as you'd want a coconut wafer too without the existence of protein being overpowered as it can be in protein bars, I also personally did not find them 'dry' but I do understand why some people might think that way given the kind of thing it is. It feels light both in a literal sense and when eaten so certainly makes for a good gym snack (or whenever else works best). I personally am not bothered by the existence of palm oil in this as it seemingly does not effect me though some do look out for it hence the mention. As for pricing I had previously recommended the 10 pack of these and so given that these have greater value being £0.83 per bar instead of the alternative pack sizes £1 per bar I find these to therefore be even more recommendable and something I will look forward to slowly munching through, I probably won't eat one every day though I do note it would still be a whole months worth even if you did have 1 per day.
