Satisfaction Guarantee and Returns Policy for EatProtein
At EatProtein, your satisfaction is our top priority! If for any reason you are not completely happy with your unopened items, we’re here to help. You can return them within 14 days, provided they are undamaged and in a resalable condition. Our goal is to ensure that you have a delightful shopping experience!
How to edit / cancel your order
If there is an error in the order you have placed, or you just want to change the items you are buying, you can do this yourself before the order is marked as “packed” if you follow the instructions below. After this point simply contact our customer services here, who will be happy to assist you.
1. Log into Your Account:
Access your account here.
If you can’t remember your password, don’t worry! You can "login with phone (sms)" or choose "email me a login link" for assistance.
2. Go to "My Orders":
Once logged in, click on the "My orders" section to see all your current orders.
3. Cancel Your Order:
If you want to cancel an order, simply click the "cancel" button next to your order. A full refund will be issued upon cancellation.
4. Edit Your Order or Address: If you wish to make changes to your order or shipping address, just click the "edit" button. This action will cancel your original order and issue a refund.
Your original order will then be loaded into your basket, giving you the opportunity to make any necessary adjustments before checking out again.
To initiate a return:
1. Contact our customer service team via our contact form here and notify us of your intent to initiate a return.
2. The agent will assign you a unique RMA number. Once issued you can return the items securely packaged using a tracked postal service to the address they provide you with.
We can provide you with a Royal Mail doorstep collection for £3.50 or DPD collection for £7, which will be deducted from your refund. Just let our customer service agents know and they will provide one.
Please ensure you put a note inside with your name, order number and RMA number, otherwise your return cannot be processed.
Important note: Although we process refunds as fast as possible, your bank can take 5-7 working days to return the money to your account.
Costs of Return
If you cancel your order and return the goods, you will typically bear the cost of returning the items unless they are faulty. Your refund will include the cost of standard postage to deliver the goods to you, unfortunately any extra charges for premium or express shipping are not covered.
