Orders & Delivery
Standard UK delivery takes 2–5 working days. We also offer next working day express delivery and guaranteed Saturday delivery via DPD. All timescales start from the dispatch date. See our delivery page for full details.
Orders placed before 2pm on a weekday (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends and bank holidays are dispatched on the next working day.
Standard UK delivery is free on orders over £65. Below that threshold, a small delivery charge applies and is shown at checkout. Express and DPD Saturday delivery have their own charges, also shown at checkout.
Every order includes tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also log in to your account to view order status and tracking details.
We pack orders quickly, so please get in touch as soon as possible. WhatsApp us for the fastest response — if your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll do our best to help.
For guaranteed Saturday delivery, choose the DPD Saturday option at checkout. Express delivery may occasionally arrive on a Saturday, but this isn’t guaranteed. We don’t currently offer Sunday delivery on any service.

Products & Ingredients
We make protein and wellness products designed specifically for women. Our range includes protein snacks (crisps and wafers), vegan protein powders, collagen drinks, and prebiotic fibre supplements.
Our vegan protein powders and prebiotic fibre supplements are 100% plant-based and vegan-friendly. Our collagen range is derived from bovine sources, so these are not suitable for vegans. Check individual product pages for full ingredient details.
Our protein powders and fibre supplements contain zero artificial sweeteners. We use natural sweetening alternatives instead. Our protein snacks (crisps and wafers) do contain some sweeteners — full ingredient lists are on every product page.
Some of our products are gluten-free, but not all. Please check the allergen information on individual product pages for specific dietary details. If you have any questions about a particular product, get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.
Our vegan protein is formulated specifically for women and includes digestive enzymes, live cultures, coconut MCT, and omega-3 — so it’s gentle on your stomach and supports your body from the inside out. Plus, it actually tastes incredible.
We use hydrolysed bovine collagen peptides (Types I and III), which are the most abundant types found in skin, hair, nails, and joints. Our collagen drinks come in tropical flavours that taste like real juice.
Store all products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, reseal protein powders and fibre supplements tightly and use within the timeframe stated on the packaging. Our snacks should be consumed once opened.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all unopened items purchased directly from our website. Simply get in touch within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll guide you through the return process.
Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the items you’d like to return. We’ll reply with a return address and any instructions you need.
Our 30-day guarantee covers unopened items in their original, sealed packaging. If a product arrived damaged or faulty, please email us with a photo and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund — often without needing the item sent back.
Once we receive your return, we process the refund within 5–7 working days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 days for the funds to appear in your account.
For change-of-mind returns, the return postage cost is yours. If the item arrived faulty, damaged, or we sent the wrong product, we’ll cover the return shipping in full.

Payments & Pricing
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Klarna (pay later or in 3 instalments), and Clearpay. All payments are processed securely.
Yes! We offer Klarna (pay in 3 interest-free instalments or pay later in 30 days) and Clearpay (pay in 4 interest-free instalments). Both options are available at checkout with no extra cost to you.
Absolutely. All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways. We never store your full card details on our servers. You’ll see the padlock icon in your browser confirming SSL encryption on every page.
Yes! We regularly share exclusive discount codes via our email newsletter and social media. Sign up to our newsletter at the bottom of any page to get access to special offers and new product launches.

No — you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save your delivery details, view order history, and access exclusive offers. It only takes a moment to create an account.
