Every order includes delivery tracking. Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel every step of the way. If you haven’t received your tracking email, check your spam folder or message us on WhatsApp and we’ll find it for you.
Standard UK delivery takes 2–5 working days. We also offer next working day express delivery and guaranteed Saturday delivery via DPD. Orders placed before 2pm on a weekday are dispatched the same day — orders after 2pm or on weekends and bank holidays ship the next working day. See our delivery page for full details.
We pack orders quickly, so please get in touch as soon as possible if you need to make changes. WhatsApp us for the fastest response — if your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll do our best to help.
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all unopened items. Simply get in touch within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll guide you through the return process. If your item arrived damaged or faulty, send us a photo and we’ll sort it out — often without needing the item sent back.

Our vegan protein powders and prebiotic fibre supplements are 100% plant-based and vegan-friendly. Our collagen range is derived from bovine sources, so these are not suitable for vegans. Check individual product pages for full ingredient details.
