Is marine collagen better?

Marine collagen is a rich source of Type 1 collagen and can have various health benefits. However, EatProtein’s collagen juice is rich in both collagen type 1 and type 3 which appears to also be able to boost the production of type 2 collagen in the body. This means that our collagen juice provides a more complete source of collagen.

Is this Type 1, 2 or 3 collagen?

I wanted to try collagen with some added supplement benefits and so far this seems to meet all of my requirements. It's too early for results so far but the product mixes well, tastes great and is a good texture so it certainly ticks all of the boxes for me.
