As a recently diagnosed type 2 diabetic, I had started to be more conscious of the foods I ate. Crisps are a daily staple for me and it was simply a case of choosing to eat a 'healthier' brand that is low in fats/carbs and calories. I decided to buy the cheese and onion crisps and give them a try. The crisps themselves are like a round/disc shape unlike conventional crisps. In my opinion, they are flavoursome but just lack that flavour-punch. Eating healthy is always a trade off with something but to be honest, these are quite nice to eat. The portion size is adequate and the only improvement (from my point of view) would be to intensify the flavour a little. Yes, this is a personal choice, but I would recommend the product to friends and family without a doubt.

The products I have tested vary. I find some of them lovely, and others I will not order again. Which stands to reason, we all don't like the same things. The ordering is easy, however, I am entitled to an NHS discount. It is not easy to get that number. I request it, but it is not automatically forwarded on to my email, I have to email separately and request it. That means if I want to place an order I have to wait until I get the follow up email with the code for the discount. That is frustrating.

Great product mixes well in water or drinks and excellent with your breakfast cereals. Lovely flavour and is good for the gut, as well as protien. I have tried a couple of protien powders for strength training, and this one is the best. Especially as i have gluten and lactose intolerance. I recommend this product!

This is the first protein powder I’ve tried and I was really grateful for the opportunity as I’ve been taking the gym a lot more seriously the last couple of months. I have one scoop each morning in my overnight chia seed/oats. At first I was quite bloated in the evenings but after 4-5 weeks of eating this persistently every morning the gut symptoms improved. I feel these would have been even worse with whey protein. The vanilla flavour isn’t overpowering in the oats. I’m really happy with the product and will likely purchase more.
